Day by day

1. Day 1

   Airport → Dambulla / Sigiriya

   Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, meet & greet, transfer to Dambulla/Sigiriya, visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, check in at hotel and relax, overnight in Sigiriya/Dambulla.

2. Day 2

   Sigiriya → Polonnaruwa → Sigiriya

   Breakfast, visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress, explore the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, optional village/cultural experience, return to hotel, overnight in Sigiriya/Dambulla.

3. Day 3

   Sigiriya → Kandy

   Breakfast, transfer to Kandy with an en-route visit to Matale Spice Garden, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Kandy city tour, cultural dance performance, overnight in Kandy.

4. Day 4

   Kandy → Nuwara Eliya

   Breakfast, scenic journey through the central highlands, visit a tea factory and tea plantation, enjoy the cool climate of Nuwara Eliya, city tour/Gregory Lake, overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

5. Day 5

   Nuwara Eliya → Ella

   Breakfast, scenic train journey to Ella (subject to ticket availability), visit Nine Arches Bridge, explore Ella town, relax and enjoy the mountain scenery, overnight in Ella.

6. Day 6

   Ella → Yala

   Breakfast, visit Ravana Falls, transfer to Yala, afternoon Yala National Park safari, wildlife viewing opportunity, overnight in Yala/Tissamaharama.

7. Day 7

   Yala → Galle → Bentota

   Breakfast, travel along Sri Lanka’s southern coast, visit historic Galle Fort, coastal sightseeing, continue to Bentota, beach leisure, overnight in Bentota.

8. Day 8

   Bentota → Colombo → Airport

   Breakfast, transfer to Colombo, Colombo city tour, shopping/sightseeing, transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for departure.
